Music in the "Return to Romance" special

I love this special, but the music they feature in it as background music is not from the movie. Does anyone know what it's from?

Especially the part where Allie runs into Noah's arms when he comes home from work? I love the music they play there!

I asked this question a while back as well, but I never got a reply I really love it, especially at that part that you said! It's really pretty! I think that Aaron Zigman probably wrote a score especially for the special, or maybe it's from another soundtrack?
